Provides technical guidance, stakeholder alignment, and account planning post-technical win, acting as a senior technical leader across product areas and services to ensure successful onboarding, activation, and scalable deployment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Solution Architects and other teams to capture the overall demand plan for key customer use cases.
•Lead account strategy and execution plans after Technical Win for Databricks use cases.
•Serve as technical owner across multiple sales teams and internal stakeholders to onboard, enable, and drive successful production use of Databricks workloads.
•Act as the first point of contact for technical questions related to production readiness and operations of agreed use cases, often handling multiple use cases in large, complex organizations.
•Coordinate with internal experts and escalate to specialized engineers as needed to allocate tasks beyond your immediate scope.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of delivery experience in data and AI projects or programs with direct customer engagement and architectural decisions
•Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
•Pre-sales/technical architecture/customer success/consulting experience with direct customer interaction
•Understanding of distributed data systems and related solutions architecture
•Ability to tie business value and outcomes to specific project artifacts and manage technical programs including account, stakeholder, and resource management
