Own the wet chemical texturing and preclean equipment used to manufacture silicon heterojunction solar cells at massive scale. Partner with the Texturing Process Engineering team to ensure world-class tool performance, reliability, and uptime, while improving throughput, variation, and defect performance through experiments and data analysis. Lead maintenance strategy, root-cause investigations, equipment performance metrics, and vendor collaboration to scale next-generation tools for 1GW+ per tool production.
