Job Summary

Lead the planning and delivery of an IT program of projects across the broader business, based at the head office in Mulgrave. Manage and mentor a small team to build IT delivery capability, maintain the IT roadmap, allocate resources, identify risks, and implement change control. Report program status and outcomes to senior management, define KPIs and metrics, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to priorities.

•Define KPIs and metrics, provide stakeholder reporting on status/outcomes, and implement change control processes.

•Strong project scheduling, resource management, planning, and reporting skills in complex IT environments.
•Practical experience delivering using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, supported by postgraduate qualifications in IT and/or Project Management.
