Job Summary

Lead Airbus’s Central Quality Assurance function for the A220 Commercial Aircraft Program, overseeing corporate governance, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance across global aircraft lines. Act as Airbus Canada’s official POA representative to regulatory authorities, run a disciplined multi-scope audit program, continuously enhance the QMS and drive alignment toward a unified BMS. Key Responsibilities

•Act as Airbus Canada’s official POA representative to regulatory authorities and lead a multi-scope audit program aligned with CAR 561, 573, 604, and 521 requirements.
•Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the company QMS, embed best practices, mentor process owners, and guide transition toward a common Business Management System (BMS).
•Validate final aircraft configuration, oversee issuance of Certificates of Airworthiness for customer deliveries, and manage authorization of A220 certifying staff across assembly sites.
•Manage regular governance and reporting with the Executive Committee, CEO, regulatory bodies, and Airbus Commercial counterparts in Europe and the US.
•Mobilize, engage, and upskill a team of 47 quality professionals through structured roles, competencies, and mandatory POA training paths.

•At least 10 years of management experience.

•Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
