Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Airbus Canada’s official POA representative to regulatory authorities and lead a multi-scope audit program aligned with CAR 561, 573, 604, and 521 requirements.
  • •Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the company QMS, embed best practices, mentor process owners, and guide transition toward a common Business Management System (BMS).
  • •Validate final aircraft configuration, oversee issuance of Certificates of Airworthiness for customer deliveries, and manage authorization of A220 certifying staff across assembly sites.
  • •Manage regular governance and reporting with the Executive Committee, CEO, regulatory bodies, and Airbus Commercial counterparts in Europe and the US.
  • •Mobilize, engage, and upskill a team of 47 quality professionals through structured roles, competencies, and mandatory POA training paths.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or a related technical field, or significant and highly relevant aerospace quality experience.
  • •At least 10 years of management experience.
  • •Strong sector experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance (POA / TCCA), and risk management.
  • •High-level leadership aligned with Airbus’s leadership model focused on empowerment, trust, and accountability.
  • •Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
