Lead Supervisor I

Lead and motivate the store team on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach values, support implementation of company initiatives, and help drive sales performance by analyzing data and coaching team development. Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members, enforce policies and procedures, and provide HR and conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent.
