Key Responsibilities

  • •Support private bankers by handling private banking client servicing operations, acting as main contact and secondary account officer during coverage and absences.
  • •Coordinate client-related activities including periodic account sweeps for rebalancing, preparing credit requests and related documentation, and generating client reports.
  • •Liaise with internal operations and other departments to follow up and resolve client requests (e.g., credit cards, transfers, deposits, and account opening).
  • •Assist with advisory and facilities processes by reviewing client documentation, performing loan/O/D facility technical review, and preparing agreements and account reviews/renewals.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and conduct/operational risk requirements (including AML & CTF, sanctions, data protection, fraud control, whistleblowing, and insider dealing) and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with at least 6 years’ experience in financial services specializing in managing accounts/relationships with HNW customers.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in the local environment with knowledge of market structure, industry practices, and regulations for private banking.
  • •Completion of CISI Foundation Courses (or equivalent), including Introduction to Securities and Investments.
  • •Certification in Finance, Risk & Decision making.
  • •Financial lending-related courses.
