Key Responsibilities

  • •Functionally understand and test liquidity core release requirements.
  • •Perform detailed data validation to ensure accuracy across liquidity returns for applicable regulations (PRA/EBA/HKMA/US FED, etc.).
  • •Furnish UAT dashboards and walkthrough Reporting Ops on changes; manage UAT sign-off discussions.
  • •Review finance wide manual adjustments and EUCs, and recommend automated solutions to minimize operational risk and time.
  • •Support stakeholders and workstreams by gathering validation requirements, tracking progress, resolving data issues with IT and DMU, and handling queries raised by Reporting Ops.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum post graduate degree (or equivalent).
  • •Experience testing for both internal and regulatory reporting in financial services, preferably in a large banking organisation.
  • •Ability to understand liquidity risk regulations and write remediation requirements for adjustments.
  • •Proficiency interrogating databases using SQL queries and understanding finance data principles and reporting.
  • •Experience with testing driven by IT systems implementation/enhancement, including test tools and defect management (e.g., Quality Centre).
