Job Summary

Support the ADATS program by forecasting and analyzing financial performance across multiple project areas, and by measuring and recording key program metrics. Prepare periodic reporting packages for the Commonwealth customer and internal stakeholders, coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting cadence. Liaise with the Program Manager, subcontractors, and senior internal leaders while helping drive program performance against deliverables and forecast commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Forecast and analyze financial performance metrics across multiple project areas.
•Measure, record, and analyze key program metrics and prepare periodic reporting packages for the customer.
•Perform program performance analysis against deliverables and forecast commitments.
•Coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate program reporting cadence for monthly and quarterly commitments.
•Liaise with the Commonwealth customer, subcontractors, and senior internal stakeholders; compile data for performance review.

Key Requirements

•Preparation of presentations and reports.
•Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with other SMEs to meet objectives on time and on budget.
•Desirable: Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management.
•Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed.
