Job Summary

Build and manage strategic partnerships with tourism authorities, airports, government entities, and corporate partners to support new route development and increase passenger traffic. Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Network Planning teams to develop opportunities, negotiate and execute partnership agreements, coordinate joint campaigns, and secure airport incentive packages. Track partnership performance against KPIs, prepare proposals and reports, and represent flyadeal at industry events.

•Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities.
•Build and maintain relationships with tourism boards, airports, government entities, and commercial partners.
•Support negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and incentive packages for new route launches.
•Coordinate joint marketing and promotional campaigns and align partnership activities with commercial objectives.
•Monitor partnership performance against KPIs, prepare presentations and reports, and maintain partnership records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, stakeholder management, or account management.
•Experience within aviation, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
•Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM or stakeholder management systems is an advantage.
