Key Responsibilities

•General project management across multiple development-phase projects with focus on pricing, early-stage bidding and scope delineation
•Lead and own project scoping; review, manage and approve inclusions, exclusions, allowances, and contingencies for general contractors
•Develop comprehensive conceptual estimates and detailed bottom-up budgets; manage contingencies and provide cost modeling as design evolves
•Lead selection of General Contractors and trade partners; negotiate GMP contracts, fee structures, and general conditions
•Support Rowan Finance in monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow reporting and projecting; develop contingency plans to mobilize and start early work

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

•10+ years in construction management or real estate development with at least 5 years focused on data center or mission-critical projects

•Proficient in Procore and/or other construction management software
