Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales targets and profit objectives while monitoring store KPIs such as conversion rates, UPT, ATV, and footfall trends.
  • •Ensure day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, administrative duties, and merchandising standards.
  • •Implement SOPs for cash management, stock handling, refund/exchange policies, and loss prevention, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and health and safety standards.
  • •Lead, develop, and schedule the in-store team through performance reviews, coaching, and maintaining floor coverage.
