Job Summary

Serve as the primary implementation engineer on onboarding projects for regulated financial clients, delivering secure, compliant IT environments. You’ll work with Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and Network/Cloud teams to design and deploy Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and security controls, producing runbooks and documentation suitable for audits and investor due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement secure, compliant client environments using industry standards and best practices appropriate for regulated financial and alternative investment firms.
•Support onboarding projects from discovery through cutover and handoff to Support; serve as the primary implementation engineer on projects led by a Senior Project Engineer.
•Contribute to Technical Project Plans by translating discovery findings into detailed tasks, effort estimates, and risk/mitigation considerations, including access controls, logging, data protection, and change management.
•Execute cloud and infrastructure builds, including Microsoft 365 components, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, file/email migrations, and networking/security equipment.
•Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks, configuration guides, and diagrams, suitable for audits and investor due diligence.

Key Requirements

•3 to 7 years of professional IT experience in roles such as Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
