Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Provide client account services and complete requests such as closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone while delivering outstanding service and maintaining client relationships.
  • •Identify and direct basic cross-sell/referral opportunities to bankers and other lines of business.
  • •Reconcile cash drawer and comply with bank operations and security procedures, including participating in dual-control functions.
