Key Requirements

  • •Swim England Level 2 or STA Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification.
  • •Experience managing or supervising teams within a leisure or aquatics environment.
  • •Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
  • •Experience delivering or managing swimming lesson programmes with a high customer volume.
  • •Confidence using IT systems and producing reports, with strong communication and organisational skills.
