Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders end-to-end, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and safe, high-quality submissions delivery.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries/clarifications with accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support during tenders, including rate development and responding to commercial queries to support win performance.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline through tracking, forecasting, and proactive opportunity management with the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support framework management tasks including reporting, supplier/client engagement, framework cost/performance reporting, documentation updates, and onboarding/training for project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of NH/Highways industry.
  • •Independent, organised, proactive and flexible working style.

  • •Desirable: knowledge of NEC4 PSC contracts and experience of framework management/bid best practice, or PMO experience and APM qualifications.
