Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses, and behavioural analytics frameworks to understand Fevers global user base.
  • •Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives — quantify the impact of engagement campaigns on retention, frequency, and revenue.
  • •Translate business questions into structured analyses, and analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products that track CRM performance.
  • •Work with the CRM execution team to define audience targeting logic, personalisation rules, and trigger conditions grounded in data.
  • •Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) and propose data-backed strategies to improve each.
  • •Support cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Data teams on customer strategy and CRM roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Masters degree in a STEM field — Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering (any discipline), or Computer Science
  • •2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role: customer analytics, business intelligence, management consulting (strategy/analytics practice), or CRM strategy
  • •Strong SQL skills — you can write complex queries to extract and transform customer data independently
  • •Python or R experience for data analysis and automation
  • •Ability to build business cases and communicate data findings to non-technical audiences
