Lead end-to-end recruitment for Beauty Advisor roles across the UK, including building proactive talent pipelines and delivering an engaging candidate experience. Plan and coordinate in-person assessment centres, apply innovative sourcing strategies (including direct search, referrals, social media, and networking), and use recruitment technology to manage high volumes. Partner with Retail Leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment events and talent attraction campaigns.
