Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and monitor operational plans for organizational units and individual staff plans, ensuring alignment with the center's strategic objectives.
•Prepare reports to measure how well units achieve their operational targets and provide development recommendations.
•Support organizational units in continuous improvement of strategic items and their operational plans and targets.
•Review periodic employee performance evaluations and verify progress toward planned targets.
•Prepare and implement surveys according to the approved work plan, analyze results, and raise recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in strategy or quality with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
•Solid knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
•Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
•Familiarity with performance management systems.
•Strategic and analytical thinking with proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
