Key Responsibilities

  • •Frame fences, stairs, decks, walls, floors, sheds, concrete forms, and other structures
  • •Construct and support various MEP projects
  • •Perform earthwork, demo, clearing, and cleaning using equipment
  • •Layout, install, repair, and maintain structures, fixtures, and buildings, including basic concrete work
  • •Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety guidelines

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •1+ years of residential/commercial/civil construction experience
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed schematics, drawings/blueprints, and instructions
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor
  • •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform extended outdoor work including heights
