Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives, aligned to business and platform roadmaps.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agentic frameworks, automation platforms) and recommend differentiated value.
  • •Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices, and facilitate architecture reviews and governance forums.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI solutions cohesively, resolving dependencies and conflicts.
  • •Prototype, build, and iterate on working AI solutions and ensure end-to-end quality and compliance across design through production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software/solution architecture with depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
  • •Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or Agentforce.
  • •Strong grasp of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability principles.
  • •Ability to operate as both strategic thinker and hands-on technical orchestrator across multiple teams.
  • •Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is highly valued.
