  • •Lead and mentor a high-performing Solution Engineering team, fostering collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
  • •Define and drive architecture vision across AI, GenAI, software, SP mobility, and data center solutions to support customer digital transformation.
  • •Engage customers and partners to understand business challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions using Cisco’s portfolio.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to align solutions with market needs and strategic goals.
  • •Drive technical enablement and thought leadership across the Middle East region to position Cisco as a preferred technology partner.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Engineering (or related technical field such as Computer Science or Information Technology).
  • •Proven leadership experience in a Solution Engineering or Technical Leadership role, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Strong architectural vision and expertise across AI, GenAI, mobility, software, and data center solutions.
  • •Deep technical acumen with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic; leadership and industry certifications.
