Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients through repeat business driven by flawless project execution.
  • •Ensure planned profit margins and complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
  • •Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors) and oversee complex clients in oil & gas, energy, industrial, and environmental sectors.
  • •Provide decision-making and direct other project managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty and mitigating/eliminating it.
  • •Supervise and direct project managers and lead/mentor multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting upstream oil & gas, midstream, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Strong client relationship management skills, including growing key accounts and securing repeat business.
  • •Familiarity with environmental compliance, site assessment and remediation, permitting, groundwater investigations, and regulatory programs applicable to Texas/Permian Basin.
