Key Responsibilities

•Bridge business problems and technology solutions to support project delivery.
•Analyze business needs and project strategies to propose optimal solutions.
•Document requirements using BRD/SRS/FRS formats and create diagrams such as roadmaps and functional flows.
•Collaborate with IT and business teams to build business processes and data structures, ensuring deliverables meet specifications.
•Report progress and issues to management and assist in resolving service-related issues through post-deployment.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Leader, or Project Manager.
•Advanced understanding of business practices and processes, with strong teamwork and client service orientation.
•Strong knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, SRS, FRS) and diagramming (e.g., roadmaps, organizational charts).
•Ability to work proactively in ambiguous situations and collaborate across departments.
•Native/fluent Japanese (equivalent to N2) and proficiency in English for speaking, writing, and presenting.
