Key Responsibilities

•Conduct end-to-end data analysis across content and product to uncover supply/demand dynamics, user behavior, creator ecosystem insights, and growth opportunities.
•Design and build core metrics frameworks and data systems to improve data-driven decision efficiency.
•Partner with Product, Operations, Algorithm, and Engineering to improve recommendation and distribution efficiency and optimize user experience.
•Design and analyze A/B tests and causal inference, evaluate product features/strategies/trends, and perform metric anomaly analysis with root-cause diagnosis.
•Validate hypotheses and identify product growth opportunities through analyses and experiments, influencing directions for improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, plus 3+ years of experience in data analysis/data science.
•Strong foundation in statistics and causal inference, with proficiency in A/B testing and quantitative analysis for impact evaluation.
•Proficient in SQL and expert in Python or R, with ability to perform data processing, modeling, and visualization.
•Practical experience in recommendation systems/content distribution/growth strategies; sports or content product experience is a plus.
•Strong structured thinking and business abstraction to connect business nuances with data quickly.
