Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist senior personnel in carrying out commissioning activities.
  • •Conduct site inspections and assess whether test procedures and recorded results meet project specifications and industry codes of practice.
  • •Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice.
  • •Report issues to senior team members clearly, accurately, and concisely; liaise with contractors’ commissioning teams professionally.
  • •Monitor installation and submittals and assist with tracking task completion and preparing lookahead documents.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering degree (e.g., BSc Mechanical Engineering or BSc Building Services Engineering) or an equivalent engineering diploma/certificate.
  • •Minimum 2 years of job-related experience with an Engineering Degree (or 3 years with a College Diploma, or 4 years with a College or Trade Certificate).
  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering qualifications such as HNC, HND, ONC, OND, or a MEP Trade Time Served + City & Guilds Certificate.
  • •Industry accreditations such as Incorporated Engineer (desirable) and CSA Grade 3 qualified (desirable).
  • •Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB (desirable).
