WSD Production Supervisor (KSA, SA)

Supervise day-to-day workshop operations in the Workshop Division (WSD), ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards. Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress and production targets, assign work to charge hands and workers, and coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams. Manage tools and equipment upkeep, maintain production and material records, and lead toolbox talks and on-the-job coaching.
