Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, prioritize, and document detailed functional and technical business requirements, including feasibility analysis aligned to objectives and capabilities.
  • •Translate requirements into user stories and ensure acceptance criteria, overseeing and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions, recommend improvements/customizations, and select effective approaches.
  • •Lead IT projects as the lead analyst by managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and coordinating execution (testing, requirements validation, user training).
  • •Mentor junior analysts and support change management by conducting training and creating documentation/user guides.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 to 10 years of experienced IT Business Analyst experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • •Experience in the banking/financial domain, specifically reconciliation, including reconciliation tools and setup.
  • •Proven experience managing multi-expertise teams in an international environment, with onshore/offshore experience as a key factor.
  • •Strong Agile knowledge and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; Master’s or certifications (CSPO, PMP, AWS) are a plus.
