Key Responsibilities

  • •Decompose end-to-end processes by mapping current-state flows, quantifying effort/risk, and identifying what to eliminate, simplify, or agentify before automation.
  • •Architect agentic solutions with future-state flows, task/agent decomposition, orchestration patterns, tool and data access, memory/context strategy, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • •Develop agent workflows and compose prompt/context strategies, including MCP/connector and integration requirements plus evaluation criteria.
  • •Prototype and build working agentic solutions (or coordinate platform engineers) and validate fit and value prior to full delivery.
  • •Engineer trust and control with testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions, then drive multi-functional delivery through first production release and post-release value measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or equivalent experience blending technical delivery with business process work.
  • •Proven track record decomposing complex business processes and crafting/building technical solutions.
  • •8+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in AI/ML, including recently hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
  • •Experience leading workshop-based process redesign and translating findings into requirements.
  • •Hands-on proficiency across Python, .NET/C#, SQL, and APIs for enterprise AI and automation platforms, including agent orchestration and context management.
