Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate in a cross-functional product and customer environment for underground loader and truck solutions.
  • •Lead and implement solutions to reduce customers’ total cost of ownership by solving issues reported by customers and production.
  • •Improve operator experience and overall machine performance on existing machine models.
  • •Provide input to product strategy and roadmap and lead troubleshooting investigations in quality and Product Safety cases.
  • •Continuously improve product availability and quality through improvement suggestions to the Technical Product Responsible.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering from a relevant area or similar documented engineering experience.

  • •Comfortably speak and write in both English and Swedish.
  • •A customer-centric, collaborative approach with curiosity and willingness to think new.
