Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting global Operations, Supply Chain, or highly matrixed, high-growth organizations.
  • •Track record partnering with executives to drive transformational organizational change in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience navigating international labor markets and scaling teams across multiple geographies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and drive adoption of large-scale talent programs such as succession planning, career pathing, and performance frameworks.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week and flexibility to align hours with international time zones as needed.
