Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Global Head of Operations and Operations Leadership to translate long-term business goals into a multi-year talent strategy.
•Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, identifying structural gaps and optimizing workforce location strategies.
•Use operational KPIs and people analytics to diagnose organizational challenges and drive alignment across global matrixed teams.
•Design and scale career frameworks, succession plans, and performance management approaches that support retention and high performance.
•Manage complex employee relations and provide executive-level counsel on organizational health, risks, and data-driven course corrections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 200,000 annually

•10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting global Operations, Supply Chain, or highly matrixed, high-growth organizations.
•Track record partnering with executives to drive transformational organizational change in a global, fast-paced environment.
•Experience navigating international labor markets and scaling teams across multiple geographies.
•Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and drive adoption of large-scale talent programs such as succession planning, career pathing, and performance frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree required; ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week and flexibility to align hours with international time zones as needed.
