Key Responsibilities

•Lead environmental assessments for water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through regulatory approval.
•Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental documentation on complex infrastructure programs.
•Engage with regulators, Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and clients to support transparent and effective decision-making.
•Integrate environmental considerations into project design, schedules, and risk management strategies.
•Mentor and support environmental professionals, strengthening technical excellence within the practice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience leading environmental assessments for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
•Proven ability to prepare and review Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECA) and navigate provincial requirements.
•Strong understanding of provincial and federal environmental assessment legislation and permitting processes.
•Demonstrated success engaging with regulators, Indigenous partners, clients and the public, including leading consultation activities.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines and multidisciplinary teams.
