Lead the design and evolution of systems powering Legal operations, combining software engineering, system architecture, and legal domain expertise. •Define and evolve scalable, cohesive, adaptable architecture for legal systems
•Drive workflow improvements using automation, integration, and AI
•Lead design and implementation of AI-driven solutions and establish patterns, best practices, and guardrails
•Build and oversee integrations across legal tools (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Brightflag, Tonkean, AODocs)
•Develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines; provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and information governance workflows
