Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and work with the EHS Manager to maintain safe working environments and policies.
  • •Monitor and ensure colleague compliance with regulatory and company safety/quality policies; investigate near misses, incidents, and property damage.
  • •Oversee daily production and scheduling to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.
  • •Monitor product conformance to specifications and report when production standards are not met.
  • •Supervise production employees: manage timecards/coverage, performance reviews, training, and enforce disciplinary processes consistently.

Key Requirements
