Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 3 technical support for executive meetings, client events, town halls, and hybrid productions.
  • •Operate and support production-grade AV systems including audio mixers, video switchers, PTZ cameras, Q-SYS DSP/control, Dante audio, NDI, IPTV, and AV-over-IP.
  • •Own daily operation, readiness, and preventative maintenance of the Executive Conference Center and related spaces.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting of AV, networking, control systems, audio, and video signal flow; act as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
  • •Plan pre-event testing and technical rehearsals, provide onsite event support and post-event validation, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and maintain documentation, firmware, and inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of professional AV experience supporting enterprise conference centers, executive environments, or live production spaces.
  • •Strong experience with Zoom Rooms, Q-SYS, Dante, NDI, digital audio consoles, video switchers, PTZ camera systems, IPTV, and enterprise AV networking.
  • •Advanced troubleshooting skills across AV hardware, control systems, networking, and signal distribution.
  • •Ability to provide executive-level support for high-profile events in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Preferred: AVIXA CTS-I/CTS-D, Q-SYS Level 2, Dante Certification, and Zoom Rooms Certification.
