Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality drawing documentation of MEPF services including QA and managing the team.
  • •Produce BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical and PH services using Revit MEP; agree drawing strategy, type and size.
  • •Switch to AutoCAD to prepare design drawings for MEP services as priority requires.
  • •Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
  • •Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with Project Engineer/CAD Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; working towards engineering registration.
  • •Proficiency in BIM modelling using Revit MEP for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing design drawings.
  • •Experience coordinating with BIM Coordinator, engineers, and CAD Manager; QA responsibilities.
  • •Ability to prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
