Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical equipment and ancillaries.
  • •Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and perform new installations when necessary.
  • •Check daily temperatures of refrigerated stores and inspect condensing units for proper function.
  • •Coordinate electro-mechanical related works with the facilities lead to ensure defects are addressed in a timely manner.
  • •Ensure Health, Safety, Hygiene, Food Safety, Municipality regulations, and wasl DG information security procedures are followed; report faults and breaches promptly.
