Job Summary

Act as a strategic HR generalist partnering with plant leadership across North America to align employee growth with business operational goals. Develop and standardize plant training and operating procedures, identify skill gaps, and improve performance through coaching and metrics. Support workforce planning and restructures, strengthen HR policies and job descriptions, and lead regional HR KPI/HR analytics, recruitment support, and recognition programs.

•Develop and standardize SOPs across plant functional areas and streamline processes across North America plants.
•Identify skill gaps and implement training programs using workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning.
•Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
•Assess training effectiveness using performance metrics and KPIs, and ensure training objectives are met.
•Support recruitment activities, write/revise HR policies, assist with business unit restructures and workforce planning, and manage HR KPIs/recognition programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or Organization psychology.
•5–7 years of progressive HR experience as an HR generalist or specialist supporting management and leaders.
•Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
•Experience supporting Print and/or Manufacturing business units is preferred.
•Strong collaboration, project facilitation, and written/oral communication skills, including using Word, Excel, and presentation tools.
