Key Responsibilities

•Lead key federal proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage, supporting complex priority pursuits across disciplines/geographies.
•Collaborate with regional and business line teams on capture, RFQ/RFP responses, and shortlist interviews, including facilitating workshops to support win strategy.
•Develop proposal content (cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing) and create annotated outlines, compliance lists, and schedules.
•Drive compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and participate in Go/No-Go, capture strategies, and greenlight analyses.
•Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables; conduct/participate in pink/red team color reviews and support debriefs and client feedback collection for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field and 6+ years of related proposal experience (US Federal Civilian and/or DoD preferred).
•Experience leading multi-disciplinary or multi-geography proposals valued over $20M.
•Strong proposal writing and editing skills, including grammar and style, with knowledge of proposal/presentation best practices and evaluation criteria.
•Working knowledge of desktop publishing and graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign/Illustrator/Acrobat/Photoshop) plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion).
