Key Responsibilities

•Develop global machine and beverage products (hot and cold) from brief to market launch
•Manage product development processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
•Oversee the global product portfolio including technological updates, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and product line rationalization
•Identify opportunities to refresh offerings based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
•Build and manage business cases supporting product development initiatives and contribute to the innovation pipeline in collaboration with HoReCa

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage or Appliances
•Experience in product management and development of new products
•Strong consumer orientation and ability to translate insights into actionable decisions
•Structured problem-solving approach and ability to simplify complex contexts
•Experience in cross-functional project management and coordinating diverse stakeholders
