Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced PDR repairs including glue-pulling, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and larger dent repairs.
  • •Repair dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
  • •Work in one of Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use required safety equipment while working in a production environment.
  • •Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs when in a pinch to meet customer delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
