Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making using performance metrics and trends.
  • •Support annual budgeting and bi-annual forecasting with accurate inputs from department heads.
  • •Monitor variances vs. budgets and forecasts, investigating drivers and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • •Prepare monthly financial reports and manage monthly close activities, including the regional monthly P&L and post-close review.
  • •Perform cost and pricing analysis, maintain pricing masterfile accuracy, and support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry, preferably cosmetics.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

  • •Excellent written and verbal English, with strong communication, organization, and deadline management skills.
