Job Summary

Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for BI & Analytics solutions within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team. Own end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure stakeholder alignment by translating business needs into scalable data and analytics products. Drive measurable business outcomes by prioritizing value, embedding innovation (including AI-driven insights), and championing adoption and product success metrics through product discovery and trade-off decisions.

•Own the product roadmap and multi-year strategy aligned to business goals for BI & Analytics solutions.

•Act as primary business liaison and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
•Translate business needs into scalable data and analytics products and ensure end-to-end product lifecycle accountability.
•Drive adoption, usage, and product success metrics while embedding innovation (AI and data-driven insights) into products.
