Key Responsibilities

  • •Support AI- and data-driven transformation for Public sector customers using the Celonis Context Model.
  • •Assist with value selling: discover and diagnose operational improvement opportunities, map Celonis into the customer’s tech stack, and build business cases.
  • •Engage stakeholders and support change management and Center of Excellence (CoE) enablement programs.
  • •Help execute transformation programs by leveraging AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting.
  • •Identify expansion opportunities and provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant working experience with foundational knowledge in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
  • •Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.g., SAP), and the ability to use AI tools to generate technical outputs.
  • •Comfort working with ambiguity and a builder mentality focused on customer value through novel solution designs.
  • •Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and a drive to become a value realization expert.
  • •Flawless English and Dutch communication, with experience managing project milestones and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
