Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team delivering IT solutions for application license service operations, including configuration sustainment, utilization monitoring, upgrades, and compliance/security approvals
•Provide technical support and project support for application license services, including managing hardware service resources
•Coordinate with IT Cyber Security and work across IT discipline functions and infrastructure personnel to support and prioritize license service roadmaps and upgrade schedules
•Own tool application support across demand and incident management, SW deployment, problem resolution, integration, automation/customization, and license management
•Support computing infrastructure/server configuration and continuously simplify and improve supported software application service environments

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years
•Server administration experience in both Linux and Windows environments
•Experience scripting with PowerShell and Bash
•Experience supporting software installations and updates
•Experience with license servers or engineering tool environments, including cybersecurity best practices for servers or applications
