  • •Independently build and maintain dimensional data models and ETL pipelines supporting marketing analytics across Paid Marketing, SEO, and Retailer Marketing.
  • •Translate analytical needs into data requirements with Data Scientists, Analysts, and marketing stakeholders, delivering decision-ready datasets.
  • •Own data quality by writing tests, documentation, and monitoring, and resolving issues at their root cause.
  • •Perform thorough code reviews and publish design work, applying reusable modeling patterns to improve the codebase.
  • •Evolve pipelines to reduce manual effort, improve performance and observability, and participate in incident response for the data platform.

Salary: CAD 145,000 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role with production data model and pipeline ownership.
  • •Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building dimensional data models (star schemas, fact/dimension tables, SCDs).
  • •Hands-on experience with dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow in the modern data stack.
  • •Working knowledge of marketing data and metrics, including paid media performance and attribution concepts (or ability to ramp quickly).
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver complete models and pipelines independently with clean, well-documented, well-tested code.
