Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise customer engagements involving Broadcom mainframe software products and modern DevOps frameworks.
•Lead architecture and design workshops with customer technical, business, and executive stakeholders to map multi-phase implementation roadmaps.
•Provide overarching technical direction to consultants and senior consultants to ensure consistency, quality, and structural integrity across all workstreams.
•Serve as the primary technical escalation point, resolving complex cross-system environment challenges through root-cause analysis.
•Architect modernization and migration paths, including establishing upgrade and software design shift strategies and creating reusable architecture patterns and templates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering) plus 8+ years working with IBM mainframe environments (z/OS).
•Proven experience leading solution architecture and technical direction for multi-workstream enterprise DevOps engagements.
•Expert knowledge of Endevor (and/or competitive concepts) including core components such as ACM, PDM, Security Interface, and Quick Edit.
•Proficiency with CI/CD tools and tooling such as Jenkins and Git/Enterprise Git, plus scripting languages like Python, Groovy, and Gulp.
•Experience with mainframe DevOps tooling and subsystems, including REXX and JCL, and understanding integration with systems such as CICS and DB2.
