Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the asset management plan.
  • •Develop and prepare project outlines for large capital and lifecycle projects.
  • •Maintain and update asset data, including condition to be presented to the client.
  • •Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts and deliver the annual works plan per the lifecycle asset management plan.
  • •Manage and maintain spare parts schedules to meet customer contract requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of relevant asset management experience.
  • •Ability to obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential).
  • •Proven experience in facilities and asset management.
  • •Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments.
  • •Strong computer skills with expert knowledge of Excel (desired).
