Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out the role of Supervisor under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract with an ability to understand project documentation: drawings and specifications, with lived on-site construction delivery experience.
  • •Travel to site to provide a site-based Supervisor resource.
  • •Experience of chairing project meetings and reporting.
  • •Experience of the NEC suite of Contracts and ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Contracts and Contract Notices.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management commissions and act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation (or ability to achieve)
  • •NEC Supervisor Accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS preferred
