Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor overall quality of manufactured products by designing quality tests, defining test result criteria, and documenting quality requirements.
  • •Direct cross-functional teams in problem solving and issue analysis to address customer and production-related issues, including support for production problem resolution and process improvements.
  • •Maintain ISO 9001 quality system and support Eaton’s Quality Management System procedures, including gap identification at the department/plant level and execution of improvement activities.
  • •Direct coordination of customer return analysis and ensure timely customer responses; analyze scrap, warranty, internal defects, and customer complaint rates to develop improvement action plans.
  • •Lead risk assessment (PFMEA), support NPD launch projects for product quality and zero-defect/launch readiness, and execute APQP plus part approval/sign-off for suppliers and customers while managing process control document revisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of Quality or Manufacturing experience.
  • •Preferred: 3-5 years of Quality or Manufacturing experience.
  • •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and able to read/interprete assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications.
  • •Knowledge of quality methods for root cause and corrective actions (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis, PFMEA, control charts, Pareto charts, A3) and electrical safe work practices such as NFPA 70E.
