Job Summary

Own the financial and commercial performance of an energy services portfolio, using historical costs to build and update pricing formulas and determine next-best/market-based pricing. Support tenant contracts by defining contractual requirements, validating contract quantities, and developing asset and service strategies. Monitor revenue and margin performance, investigate underperformance, and support issue resolution plus annual budgeting and forecasting in coordination with contract and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and update pricing formulas using historical accounting/operational information, balancing service pricing with overall project value and determining next-best or market-based pricing.
•Retrieve, consolidate, and validate historical service delivery costs and adjust for non-routine or abnormal cost variances.
•Develop contractual requirements for services provided to or received from new tenants and validate data used in contract quantities for site service agreements.
•Monitor service financial performance to ensure revenue and margins align with expectations; investigate and initiate resolution for inadequate margin performance.
•Support budgeting and annual/monthly forecasting for tenant and fence line partner service consumption and help establish portfolio best practices (implementation, contract language, pricing strategies).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at an E6 rank/Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher; MBA preferred.
•Minimum 6 years of engineering, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
•Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support, including for green card process.
•Strong financial acumen with understanding of historical costs and activity-based pricing.
•Familiarity/experience with the structure, language, and/or administration of contracts and Dow site functions (e.g., Energy, Environmental Operations, Site Logistics, EH&S, ES&S, Site Infrastructure, Maintenance, Analytical).
